We recently reviewed a sensor meant to help golfers improve their swing. That one was designed to fit on the shaft of a club; Zepp Labs’ new wearable sensor mounts on the player’s glove. It captures 1000 data points per second as the player swings the club and relays, via Bluetooth, information about his or her form. The app’s analytics reveal what’s causing the ball to fly into bunkers and trees instead of onto fairways and greens.
