Podcast 101
A podcast is a syndicated audio segment. Listeners subscribe to podcasts using podcasting software, which automatically downloads the audio files to their computers for playback on demand. Also, because the downloaded audio is in mp3 files, it can be transferred to an MP3 player.
To listen to podcasts, you may need to download podcasting software.
