Japan's Patent Power
The United States is still the world leader in patents but Japan's resurgence is the big news in the 2010 IEEE Spectrum Patent Power Scorecard

IEEE Spectrum's This Week in Technology host Steven Cherry talks to PhD statistician Patrick Thomas, co-author of the 2010 scorecard.
